INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana coach Frank Vogel found out shortly before tip-off that Philadelphia would be playing without some of its key players. Tyron Smith Jersey . "Its tough to play a game when you find out at the last minute that three or four of their top guys are out," Vogel said. "Youve got to give the Sixers credit, they played a strong basketball game." Just not strong enough to overcome a career game for Roy Hibbert. Indianas star centre had a season-high 27 points and added 13 rebounds as the Pacers beat Philadelphia 106-98 on Saturday night. "Hes been dominant defensively all year, and when we need him to step up on the offensive end, he does," Vogel said. Hibbert had career highs in free throws made and attempted while going 13 of 16 from the line. "I shoot free throws after practice, before practice. Its part of being confident," Hibbert said. Spencer Hawes, who came in as the Sixers second-leading scorer, didnt dress because of a sore left knee. Tony Wroten (back) and Thaddeus Young (personal) didnt travel with the team to Indianapolis, leaving the Sixers with just nine players in uniform. There wasnt any change in game plan for Hibbert to make up for Hawes absence, Vogel said. "Weve been struggling to get Roy the ball," Vogel said. "Hes doing all the dirty work for us, protecting the rim, rebounding, offensive rebounding. We havent been sharp in our post game the last couple games." It didnt matter much in the first half, as the Sixers kept within seven points of the Easts top team. The teams were tied 11 times in the first half and the lead changed 15 times, with Indiana able to build just a 56-52 halftime lead. The Sixers kept it close in the third quarter, even as both teams struggled to find the basket. Philadelphia shot just 7 of 24 from the field and Indiana missed seven straight shots at one point. The Pacers were 7 of 17 from the field but closed the quarter with a 9-2 run to take a seemingly safe 77-66 lead. "Theyve played together a lot," Sixers coach Brett Brown said. "Theres a trust factor that they have, that they know whats going on behind their first line of defence. "We just couldnt convert some of those shots. Some of them were good looks, some of them we just give them credit." But the Sixers opened the fourth quarter with a 19-4 run to take an 85-81 lead. Hibbert completed a three-point play to tie the game at 86 with 6:18 to play. "Hes always been there for us, hes always anchoring the paint for us," said Paul George, who had 19 points. "We know that if anything is breaking down, we have the best rim protector." Hibbert then rebounded Evan Turners miss and George hit a 3-pointer at the other end to give Indiana a lead it wouldnt relinquish. "Were an experienced team. We dont worry," Hibbert said of Indianas falling behind. "We know that we can finish games." Michael Carter-Williams led Philadelphia with a career-high 29 points and Turner had 21 points and 11 rebounds. James Anderson scored 13 in the Sixers fifth loss in six games and fourth straight on the road. "I knew the scoring load would fall on me more tonight without Spencer and Tony and Thaddeus," Carter-Williams said. "I knew it would be tough for us to get points, so I tried to take more shots and create more shots for myself." Lance Stephenson added 18 points and David West had 17 points and 11 rebounds in Indianas third straight win, while George Hill finished with 11 points. The Pacers are 7-0 at home. "We knew this would be a very tough game," West said. "We took care of business when we had to." This marked just the fourth time this season that Indiana led at halftime. NOTES: The Pacers scored a season-high 106 points while shooting 35 of 76 from the field (46.1 per cent). ... Indiana had team season highs in free throws made (31) and attempts (38). ... The Sixers attempted 102 field goals, the most this season against Indiana. But Philadelphias shooting percentage of 34.3 was second-worst against the Pacers, who held Milwaukee to 34.1 per cent shooting on Nov. 15. ... Philadelphias 32 free throw attempts were also the most against Indiana this season. William Perry Jersey . Marincin has played in two NHL games so far this season with two penalty minutes. The 21-year-old has three goals, four assists and a plus-5 rating in 24 games with the American Hockey Leagues Oklahoma City Barons this season. Hawkins, who turns 41 in December, will compete with Rex Brothers for the closers role at spring training. http://www.thenflapparelsshop.com/Dallas-Cowboys-Roger-Staubach-Jersey/ . Collaros, 25, was solid last season, posting a 5-2 record as the starter while incumbent Ricky Ray was injured. Collaros also started Torontos 23-20 regular-season finale loss to Montreal — Ray didnt dress because the Argos had already clinched first in the East Division — but was one of three quarterbacks to play that day.PHILADELPHIA -- Rajon Rondo is starting to feel like his old self -- and the Boston Celtics are starting to win again. Rondo had eight points, 11 assists and nine rebounds in his eighth game back from a serious knee injury, and Jeff Green scored 17 of his 36 points in the third quarter in the Celtics 114-108 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night. "Its only a matter of time before we got on the same page," Green said about Rondo. "He puts me in my spots, gets it to me in the open floor. He sees the floor very well. Hes helping me get into a good rhythm. I have to continue to make sure I get open for him." Jared Sullinger had 19 points and 10 rebounds for Boston. The Celtics improved to 17-33, winning their second straight game after losing 19 of 22. Rondo had 19 points and 10 assists in Bostons win over Orlando on Sunday. "Im getting back to my old self," Rondo said. "Im not there yet but Ill take the progress." Brandon Bass had 18 points for the Celtics, 2-6 since Rondos return. Thaddeus Young had 20 points, and Tony Wroten added 18 for Philadelphia. The 76ers (15-35) have lost four straight and 14 of their last 17 games. They also have lost six in a row at home for the first time since the 1996-97 season. Spencer Hawes added 13 points and 13 rebounds for Philadelphia and Lavoy Allen had 10 points and 10 rebounds. Sixers coach Brett Brown noticed the difference in the Celtics with an effective Rondo. "Hes their compass," Brown said. "Hes a great point guard and a leader." Green scored 13 straight points during a 2-minute stretch in the third quarter, capped by a 3-pointer that gave the Celtics their biggest lead to that point, 83-71 with 3:44 left. Boston coach Brad Stevens credited Rondo for helping Green succeed. "He made a lot of shots and Rondo found him a couple of times early," Stevens said. "His job is simplified with Rajon out there. Alshon Jeffery Jersey. He pushed the tempo better than Ive seen him in the first eight games. He got us a lot of good looks. His greatest strength is he makes everyone else better and thats really shown true the last two games." Said Rondo: "Everybody needs easy buckets, especially a guy (Green) whos that talented and athletic. All he needs to do is see it go through a couple of times, get to the free-throw line. He gets hot quick." Wroten made a 58-footer at the buzzer to cut it to 88-82 entering the fourth. Philadelphia got as close as three points in the final quarter on Wrotens two free throws with 8:35 left but never got closer. The Sixers had a chance to get it to two points, but Evan Turner missed a baseline jumper with 1:13 left, and Sullinger converted a three-point play on the ensuing possession off an assist from Rondo with 59.4 seconds left to give Boston a 112-105 advantage. "He made a ton of good decisions and some huge plays late," Stevens said about Rondo. The Boston point guard, who is still getting into game shape, also got some help from his teammates. After going down at one point, Bass resuscitated a winded Rondo. "Nothing was wrong," Rondo said. "I was winded. He brought me back to life a little bit. Those guys pick me up. Whoever hits the floor helps each other up. Were a team and thats what they did on that particular play." The Sixers havent won since last Wednesdays buzzer-beating 95-94 win at Boston. Notes: Philadelphia guard Michael Carter-Williams was selected the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month for January. It was the second honour for Carter-Williams, who also was recognized in November to join Allen Iverson as the only Sixers to earn the award multiple times. Carter-Williams averaged 16.5 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists last month. ... Sixers guard James Anderson (back contusion) left in the first half but returned after halftime. SOUTH BEND, Ind. Nike Shox Turbo Prodej . -- Cam McDaniel scored on a 7-yard run following a questionable pass interference call, one of several penalties that hurt Michigan State, as Notre Dame beat the Spartans 17-13 Saturday for their 10th straight home win. The Irish (3-1) also took advantage of another questionable pass interference in the first half that set up a 2-yard touchdown pass from Tommy Rees to TJ Jones and a holding penalty that kept alive a drive that led to a 41-yard field goal by Kyle Brindza. The Spartans (3-1) had 10 penalties for 115 yards by the Big Ten officials. But Michigan State made some costly mistakes on its own, including a trick play after the Spartans appeared to be gaining momentum. After opening the second half with a field goal, receiver R.J. Shelton threw a pass that was intercepted by safety Matthias Farley and led to Notre Dames go-ahead touchdown. Nike Air Max 90 Levně . Toronto has dropped games to Indiana and Miami since a five-game winning streak and closed out a three-game road trip at 1-2. DALLAS -- Colton Sceviour has started to adjust to the speed of the NHL game. He scored his first game-winning goal at 17:08 of the third period and the Dallas Stars edged the Colorado Avalanche 3-2 on Tuesday night. A rebound of a Colorado shot bounced out to Rich Peverley, who put a pass on Sceviours stick for a breakaway against Avalanche goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere, who made 25 saves. But there was no save against Sceviour. "The first game seemed a little bit faster," he said. "There was an adjustment period. "(Peverley) caught up to (the puck) and made a great pass. I was able to pick it up in stride and put it in. "Any time you score a game-winning goal its pretty exciting, especially at the NHL level. And late in the third." Sceviour had played just two NHL games before being recalled Saturday from the Texas Stars, for whom he was leading the American Hockey League with 18 goals. He scored his first NHL goal that night at Winnipeg, and his second in three games Tuesday. Ray Whitney scored Dallas first two goals, which both erased one-goal deficits. They were his first goals in 13 games, since Nov. 3. The goal that night also broke a 13-game scoreless streak. "Its always nice to score, especially when youve been dry for a while. I hope were going to break that spell. We dont need to go through that again." Dallas victory followed a 6-2 loss on Monday against the Avalanche on the road. And it was with backup Dan Ellis in goal. "I thought we did an excellent job," Stars coach Lindy Ruff said of the teams turnaround. "With regards to Colorado, we didnt give them free ice the way we did (Monday) night. "We had the (penalty) kills early, and the second period was rock solid except the one we let in." Both Colorado goals, Matt Duchenes on a power play in the first period and Erik Johnsons slap shot in the second, came while a Dallas player was serving a double minor penalty. Whitneys second goal, which tied the game in the second period, was the Stars second in 49 power plays at home this season and their first since Nov. 21. In the third period, Ellis made a glove save on Gabriel Landeskog from close range on a power play, and prevented Colorado from scoring with an extra skater for more than a minute at games end. "Their goalie made some great saves," Avalanche coach Patrick Roy said. "Landys shot, it was a great save by him at the end. We were buzzing as well and we had some chances." Ellis noticed something about the Avs before the game. "I hhad seen a little bit of their power play with him practicing that in the pre-game skate, so I knew he had a good one-timer," he said. Nike Air Max 90 Koupit. . "Thats what I was expecting." And at the end, "Its tough to find the puck. I want to make myself as big as possible. Its a battle for sight lines." Dallas had two chances to score into an empty net, but shot wide both times. Whitney said Ellis late saves were key. "The mad scramble around our net, thats where Dan was exceptional," he said. "That would have been really crushing if they would have come down and scored after we hit the posts." Duchene put in a rebound of Johnsons shot for a power-play goal just 2:37 into the game. Johnsons goal at 10:20 of the second period came when the teams were skating 4 on 4, with the Stars Antoine Roussel off for roughing and unsportsmanlike conduct. The Avalanche had failed to score on all five power plays in Mondays 6-2 home victory over the Stars. Colorado was successful on 1 of 6 man advantages Tuesday. Dallas tied the score 1-1 at 7:31. Out of a scramble in front of the Avalanche goal the puck went to Whitney, and he knocked it past Giguere. The Avalanche put just two shots on goal in the second, but one was Johnsons slap shot from the right faceoff circle that restored Colorados one-gon. Dallas previous goal with a man advantage at home was by Stephane Robidas Nov. 21 in a 3-2 loss to the New York Rangers. Giguere saved 13 Stars shots in the period, but Whitney tied the score 2-2 at 17:19 with his second goal of the game and third this season. Alex Chiasson passed from behind the goal line to Whitney, who one-timed a shot from the right circle. The Stars had a 5-on-3 power play for 45 seconds early in the third period, but failed to score. Whitney had a chance for a third goal, but whiffed on a shot from left of the goal. NOTES: Dallas placed forward Vernon Fiddler on injured reserve, retroactive to Dec. 7, when he suffered an upper-body injury. Defenceman Aaron Rome did not play after sustaining an apparent leg injury Monday. Defenceman Cameron Gaunce, whose 11 previous NHL games all had been with Colorado, was recalled from Texas of the American Hockey League to fill Fiddlers roster spot. One of the leagues top teams, the Los Angeles Kings have a lot of familiar names that wont come as bargains because of their recent success, but theres nothing wrong with tried and true performers. Nike Blazer Mujer Precio . Top Picks: Since 2007-2008, C Anze Kopitar has scored 415 points, ranking 16th in the league, and hes plus-51 over the last three seasons, ranking 17th, so hes a safe mid-range option as a No. 1 centre. One concern: last season, Kopitar generated a career-low 2.09 shots on goal per game, down from 3.11 just two seasons before, so that trend needs to reverse course if hes going to be pushing a point per game on a regular basis, but he remains a high-end option until proven otherwise. Riding alongside Kopitar, LW Dustin Brown has been a productive player in his own right, with 149 goals since 2007-2008 ranking 26th. What sets Brown apart, however is his propensity for hitting and his place near the top of the league in that category, year after year, makes him a low-end No. 1 or high-end No. 2 fantasy left winger. On the other wide, RW Justin Williams has moved beyond the injury problems that plagued him earlier in his career, playing every game in the last two seasons. Both Williams and Brown are among 17 players to have scored at least 140 points while posting a plus-35 rating over the last three seasons. That consistency makes Williams a fine No. 2 option on right wing. Also since 2007-2008, RW Jeff Carter has scored 191 goals, ranking sixth. His assist totals are relatively low (lowest of the Top 31 goal-scorers in that time), which limits his upside somewhat, but as a No. 2 option, Carter has the upside to challenge for a 40-goal season. Defencemen Drew Doughty and Slava Voynov are both high-quality options. Doughty has never been as productive as he was in his second season, when he scored 59 points and was plus-20, and yet he still ranks eighth among defencemen with 157 points over the last four seasons. Voynov has 45 points in 102 NHL games through his first two seasons, but came to the forefront with 13 points in 18 playoff games last season. Hes still more potential than proven, but his offensive game makes him a legit No. 2 option on defence. Coming off back surgery, G Jonathan Quick had the worst regular season of his career, posting a lowly .902 save percentage (after a .929 mark the year before), but he was once against stellar in the playoffs (.934 save percentage in 18 games), giving some hope that, when healthy, hell return to being an elite goaltender. Firmly entrenched as the starting goaltender for a Cup contender, Quick is an easy pick as a top five, maybe top three, goaltender. Value Plays: C Mike Richards hasnt scored in Los Angeles like he did in Philadelphia, and the 16:21 per game he played last season was his lowest since his rookie year, but hes a safe, reliable option as a No. 3 fantasy centre. Sleepers/Breakthrough: A lot of the prominent spots in the Kings lineup are locked up by veterans, so any breakthroughs may have to come with opportunities created by injuries. However, RW Matt Frattin, acquired from Toronto in the Jonathan Bernier deal, has 15 goals and 28 points in 82 NHL games, along with 23 goals and 35 points in 44 AHL games, so he has some offensive upside, maybe enough to be a 20-goal scorer, if he gets a chance in a top-six role at some point. D Jake Muzzin gets third pair minutes for the Kings, but was very effective last season, as one of eight defencemen to have at least 15 points and a plus-15 rating. Rookies: After a procuctive junior career, LW Tyler Toffoli made a smooth transition to the pros last season, scoring 28 goals and 51 points in the AHL, adding 11 points in 22 (regular season and playoff) games, giving the Kings a taste of what he might be able to do. If he gets regular playing time in a top-six role, Toffoli could score 20 goals and warrant a look in deeper, or most definitely keeper, leagues.   Scott Cullen can be reached at Scott.Cullen@bellmedia.ca and followed on Twitter at http://twitter.com/tsnscottcullen. Quarterback Terrelle Pryor returned to practice Wednesday and was working with the first team after missing last weeks game with a concussion, while running back Darren McFadden is still sidelined by a hamstring injury that prevented him from finishing last weeks game. The Raiders had hoped Pryor would play last Sunday against Washington but decided to hold him out after he complained of sensitivity to light Saturday night -- a classic concussion symptom. Pryor is once again symptom free and appears on target to resume his starting role when the Raiders (1-3) host San Diego (2-2) on Sunday night. He plans to be the same player he was before the injury, not worried about taking another hard hit like the one Wesley Woodyard delivered on Sept. 23 in Denver that led to the concussion. "I just try to make the right decisions and the smart decisions and be a smart person and player," Pryor said. "Obviously, if theres three guys coming cramming down on me I dont want to challenge all three of those guys so get down. Just be myself and play football. Thats how I have to play." It will be a much-welcomed return after Raiders fans booed backup Matt Flynn repeatedly while watching the offence stagnate in a 24-14 loss to Washington. Flynn, who was expected to start before losing the job in the exhibition season to Pryor, showed little pocket awareness. He threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown and took seven sacks, while leading just one scoring drive. That performance helped drop Flynn to third-team status behind undrafted rookie Matt McGloin, a fast fall after Oakland traded two draft picks to acquire Flynn and gave him $6.5 million in guaranteed money. "It hasnt worked out like we anticipated and weve got to make decisions and weve got to move forward and continue to go," coach Dennis Allen said. "Matts going to continue to battle and scratch and claw and I still believe that hes a capable quarterback." Pryor had helped obscure many of Oaklands problems on offence with his athleticism that has allowed him to turn broken plays into big ones. Nike Cortez Nylon Comprar. Pryor completed 65.4 per cent of his passes the first three weeks for 624 yards and two touchdowns. He has also rushed for 198 yards on 26 carries and has not turned the ball over since throwing two interceptions in an opening week loss to Indianapolis. "If you start trying to limit the things that he does, I think you decrease his effectiveness," Allen said. "You have to let him be the quarterback that he is and let him make plays." McFadden initially got hurt in the first quarter of the loss to the Redskins and tried to come back later in the first half before shutting it down for the game. McFadden leads the Raiders with 215 yards rushing but has been hampered by a variety of injuries for his entire career. McFadden has missed 23 full games over his first five seasons because of injuries. While Allen said it is too early to know whether McFadden will miss this game, hamstrings are tricky injuries for running backs and the Raiders will likely be cautious. "No real updates, nothing really to report," Allen said. "Hes got a hamstring, and hes trying to rehab it and get out there as fast as he can." Marcel Reece was back at practice after hurting his knee in Sundays loss and got some time at halfback instead of his usual fullback position. Reece started four games at halfback last season because of injuries, rushing for 261 yards and catching 20 passes for 195 yards. Reece has only two carries and six catches this season. Rashad Jennings ran for 45 yards and caught eight passes for 71 yards with Reece and McFadden both sidelined in the second half last week. NOTES: C Stefen Wisniewski (right knee) did not practice but the Raiders are hopeful he will play. ... WR Andre Holmes practiced for the first time after his PED suspension. ... FS Charles Woodson (non-injury) and DT Stacy McGee (shoulder) also did not practice. ... OL Menelik Watson returned to practice for the first time since knee surgery. ... MILWAUKEE -- Jolted by a two-game losing streak, the Oklahoma City Thunder turned to Serge Ibaka and their defence to stop the slide. http://www.discoveryukshoes.com/cheap-adidas-originals-zx-750.html . Ibaka equaled a career high with 20 rebounds, adding four blocked shots and 15 points as the Thunder smothered the Milwaukee Bucks offence in a 92-79 victory Saturday night. "Serges performance was outstanding, the way he was blocking and altering shots and his rebounds," Thunder coach Scott Brooks said. "His 15 and 20 was one of his best games. Hes standing out as a guy that can get 10 rebounds a night and hes been pretty consistent. Thats what makes you a very good pro, that consistency." Russell Westbrook scored 26 points and Kevin Durant added 24 for the Thunder, who were coming off back-to-back road losses to the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors. O.J. Mayo scored 22 points for the Bucks, losers of five straight who continue to play short-handed because of injuries. Milwaukee played good enough defence to keep it close, but had too many offensive lulls. The Bucks shot 22.2 per cent in the fourth quarter. "We didnt make shots, but defensively, we were really good," Durant said. "They hit some 3s, which they do, but we contested them all night. Overall, defensively we played well." Bucks coach Larry Drew says his team gets into trouble when it stops moving the ball on offence -- lapses that allowed the Thunders defence to pounce. "When you play against a team like OKC, (when) you keep the ball on one side of the floor, they load up that side of the floor," Drew said. "You become very easy to guard, because they do such a good job in their rotations. Its very obvious. When we hit those bad spells, that basketball stops moving and it doesnt jump around." At least some of that credit goes to Ibaka. "Hes a physical player," Bucks forward Ekpe Udoh said. "Hes athletic, gets off his feet. . Hes talented. Hit a couple of shots on me." The Thunder also welcomed back centre Kendrick Perkins, who was away from the team for two games following his grandfathers death. Before the game, Brooks emphasized Perkins critical role on defence -- particularly on pick-and-rolls. Oklahoma City took control with an 11-4 run to end the third quarter -- playing with reserves for much of that stretch -- and led 72-65 going into the fourth. Milwaukee was held scoreless for more than four minutes to start the fourth, but went on a quick 8-0 run, cutting the lead to 77-73 on a 3-pointer by Mayo with 6:10 remaining. But Westbrook hit a jumper, Ibaka swatted away a putback attempt by Udoh, and Ibaka hit a shot on the other end to give the Thunder an 81-73 lead with 4:28 left. The Bucks continue to struggle with injuries -- although they werent as short-handed on Saturday as they were in a loss at Orlando on Wednesday, when they had only eight healthy players. "We know Milwaukee is banged up right now, but we wanted to come in and play a solid defensive game and I thought we did," Brooks said. "We made them take tough shots. We did a good job defensively." Mayo sees better things coming for the Bucks when they get healthy. "Well be a lot better for sure," he said. "Heck yeah, man. As we get more and more healthy, more of the seasoned guys back in, itll strengthen our first unit." Milwaukee went into halftime with the score tied at 40, holding Oklahoma City to 31.3 per cent shooting from the floor in the first half. Bucks rookie Giannis Antetokounmpo provided several highlights in the first half for Milwaukee, including a flying dunk on an alley-oop from Luke Ridnour, two blocked shots and a handful of other deflections. NOTES: Drew said he does not have a timeline for the return of forward Ersan Ilyasova, who continues to sit out with a sore right ankle. ... Drew was optimistic that Caron Butler (left shoulder) and Brandon Knight (right hamstring) would return soon. ... Durant recovered from a cold start, shooting 3 for 10 from the floor in the first half. http://www.discoveryukshoes.com/ . Thats about all he can do right now, so hes trying not to think about when he might be able to play again for the Los Angeles Lakers.WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- Ariya Jutanugarn weathered the wind and kept her lead Friday in the LPGA Tours Kingsmill Championship. The 17-year-old Thai player missed three short par putts early, but rolled in a 45-footer and two others for birdie on the wind-swept River Course in an even-par 71 that gave her a one-stroke lead at 7 under. A day after shooting a 64, Jutanugarn started with a three-putt bogey on her first hole and, with the wind making it difficult to control the ball, said she tried to play safer than normal, and found that didnt work. "It make me want to go back to my game on the back nine," the normally aggressive player said. A birdie at the par-5 seventh -- her 16th hole of the day -- gave her the outright lead, and she finished with two pars. Stacy Lewis and Angela Stanford, both a shot back after 68s, had the best rounds of the day. Both played early and came off the course saying the wind was picking up. "The winds not dying down out there so its going to be tough this afternoon," Lewis said. She was right, mostly, but the players who managed best were able to make moves on the leaderboard. Suzann Pettersen, the 2007 winner, and Sandra Gal shot 69 and found themselves in a tie for fourth when two-time Kingsmill champion Cristie Kerr. Kerr chunked a chip shot and bogeyed the final hole. "Its a round where you needed to kind of stay around the lead and not take yourself out of it," she said. "It was tough conditions, so I would have liked to shoot 1 under today for sure, but I didnt hit it that great today compared to yesterday." Pettersen agreed the conditions were difficult, but not as bad as some made it sound. "I like it when its tough. Its very challenging," she said. "Like I said, you cant really back off. You cant really bail out. Once you decide on a club, youve got to hit the shot youre seeing, otherwise you could be three clubs short or two clubs long. For me, it just sharpens my focus a lot." Stanford, along with Natalie Gulbis the only players to make all nine cuts at Kingsmill, started with a three-putt bogey and felt fortunate to be able to duplicate the 68 she had Thursday. "Overall it seems like it was Groundhog Day," she said. &qquot;I hit 14 greens again and had 29 putts again and got up and down every time again, so interesting that they seem like carbon copies of each other. http://www.discoveryukshoes.com/nike-air-max-90-best-color/air-max-90-all-white.html. " The more difficult conditions, however, made Fridays 68 more impressive. "Today I felt like I got the most out of today," Stanford said. Lewis, who started at 8:36 a.m., said the wind was affecting balls in flight, and on the green. "It was blowing when we started but it was probably midway through the front nine when it really started to blow pretty good," said Lewis, who was ranked No. 1 earlier this year. "Its drying out the course so the downwind holes, its releasing on the greens and its definitely affecting some putts. "Its just one of those days youve got to grind it out, take your pars and go to the next hole." Lewis expected the afternoon to be especially challenging for Jutanugarn, a long-hitting whose style is to go aggressively at the pins. That approach helped her card nine birdies in the first round. "She plays without fear," Lewis said. "She swings at it hard and she hits it and she goes and finds it. ... It will be a little different in the wind, so I think maybe shell bring it back a little bit, hopefully." Jutanugarn, who leads the Ladies European Tour money list and has finished no worse than fourth in her three prior starts on the LPGA Tour, surely turned heads with how she turned it around after a balky start in the second round. She hopes the weekend brings more surprises. "I think I have to focus on every chance to even have a chance to hit the shot, but I dont think Im going to win tournament or Im going to lose tournament," she said. "Everybody have a chance to win, so I still have chance to win, too." Torontos Rebecca Lee-Bentham shot a 72, and is seven shots back at 142. Charlottetowns Lorie Kane was unable to keep up with her opening round 69, this time turning in a 76, and just made the cut at 145. Maude-Aimee Leblanc of Sherbrooke, Que., finished her round with a 73, to finish at 147. Alena Sharp of Hamilton and Stephanie Sherlock of Barrie, Ont., wound up at 148. Sara-Maude Juneau of Fossambault-sur-le-lac, Que., had a two-round total of 153. SURREY, B. nfl jerseys china .C. - The B.C. Lions announced Wednesday that the club and offensive co-ordinator Jacques Chapdelaine have mutually agreed to part ways. Chapdelaines offence struggled for long stretches during the second half of the 2013 season after starting quarterback Travis Lulay went down with a shoulder injury. The Lions, who lost in the CFL West Division final to the Saskatchewan Roughriders, were criticized for a lack of imagination under Chapdelaines leadership, with the running game practically non-existent for long stretches. "Jacques has been a big part of our past success," B.C. head coach Mike Benevides said in a statement. "He presided over two championship offences and two most outstanding players during his time with the club and I am grateful for his hard work and dedication during our time together. "At this time however, we agree that it is in the best interest of both parties to proceed in a new direction." The 52-year-old started his career with the Lions in 2003 as the teams receivers coach and was promoted to offensive co-ordinator in 2005 under former head coach Wally Buono. After B.C. won the Grey Cup in 2006, Chapdelaine became the offensive co-ordinator of the Edmonton Eskimos. He returned to the Lions the following year as receivers coach and got his old job back as offensive co-ordinator in 2010, helping the team win another Grey Cup in 2011. "After taking some time to reflect on this past season, Ive concluded that both I and the B.C. Lions need a change moving forward," said Chapdelaine, who has been linked to the head coaching job with the expansion Ottawa Redblacks. Incredibly, 15 of the current 20 bosses in charge of Premier League teams did not have their current position at the end of the 2011-12 season. To put it a different way, 75 per cent of them have been in their job for fifteen months or less and only 25 per cent of the current crop of managers have been in charge for more than one full season heading into this campaign. Despite high-profile changes coming at many of the big clubs, it is hard to think of a change that has prompted so much talk of a new style than the one made by Stoke City owner Peter Coates this summer. The decision to relieve former manager Tony Pulis of his job was a polarizing one, with many believing the Welshman had overachieved by keeping Stoke in the Premier League for five successive seasons. During his time in the top flight, Pulis was known for bringing a physical, long ball style, one that was far from fashionable in a world where everyone now wants to copy Barcelona. However, it is not a fun sport if all teams play the same so there was nothing wrong with being brave enough to try something different at Stoke, provided it remained successful. Over the last five seasons Stoke never finished below 14th but last season the Potters showed no signs of improvement and in fact posted their worst ever points total (42), goals scored (34) and total wins (9) during their five year run in the Premier League. After a net spend of close to 80 million pounds during that time (more than the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham) it was apparent that Coates felt his team wasnt getting better when they should have been. Those fully behind Pulis and his style didnt change their tune when he was replaced with what seemed an underwhelming choice in Mark Hughes, who was sacked last November after a shambolic time as Queens Park Rangers manager. Hughes, though, jumped at the chance to manage in the Premier League again and knew from the moment he took charge the mandate in terms of his style, announcing: "It will take time, on occasions we will make mistakes but if we want to play in a certain way then thats what we have to do." It is important to note that Hughes, despite having once played at Barcelona, is no Pep Guardiola when it comes to possession-based tactics. In fact, when in charge at Blackburn he guided Rovers to a 0-0 draw at Arsenal in an FA Cup match and afterwards spoke about what Cesc Fabregas said to him as he left the field. "When we shook hands at the end, the young man asked me a question which I thought was disrespectful. He asked me if I had played for Barcelona and when I said yes, he shook his head as if in disbelief. Then he said, Well, that wasnt Barcelona football." No one will expect Hughes to bring that style of football to the Britannia but with strong, physical, players, lacking overall technical quality, it could be easy for him to fall closer to the ways Pulis adopted, but its clear he and the Stoke board feel very strongly things need to change. Early signs from the opening three weeks of the season suggest they already have. A narrow opening day loss at Liverpool showed a different Stoke, cheered on by the away supporters signing "Were Stoke City, were passing the ball." Overall the team attempted 120 more passes than the game at Anfield last season, while their pass completion (81 per cent) was not only better than the 67 per cent in 2012-13, but better than all 19 away matches last season, by some distance. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) A poor first half home display against Crystal Palace followed but in the second half Stoke came from behind to win 2-1. Afterwards, Hughes admitted the team was in transition: "We need to play better and we will. Wee have a group of players who are coming to terms with how we can play, and on other days we will be more fluid. cheap jerseys from china. " One of those other days was Saturday at West Ham. The game was decided by a piece of individual brilliance by Jermaine Pennant from a direct free kick, but despite winning a game via a set-piece this was nothing like a team seen under Pulis. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) Once again more passes were attempted and completed (78 per cent to 69 per cent) to the corresponding fixture last season but for those watching the game it was more than apparent , without checking the stats, just how comfortable Stoke were when in possession. Post match Hughes reflected: "Ive got a group of really solid professionals who understand what it takes to win Premier League games and, maybe in the past, they havent been given enough credit for the ability that they have. Maybe I am allowing them an opportunity to show people what good players they actually are." One of those players is central midfielder Steven NZonzi. Bought to the Premier League by current West Ham boss Sam Allardyce, while at Blackburn, the Frenchman tormented his old boss with an outstanding performance at Upton Park. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) The 24-year-old flourished in a midfield three alongside Marc Wilson and Charlie Adam, treasuring the ball in deep areas by finding outlets close-by (rather than lumping it forward) and occasionally surging forward past West Hams outnumbered midfield duo of Mark Noble and Mohamed Diame. It was close to being a complete performance from NZonzi, who was equally impressive without the ball than he was with it. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) The system introduced by Hughes is one that gives players like NZonzi the freedom of the park, putting trust in them to go forward and make a difference in the final third while still being able to be responsible towards their defensive duties. The results so far have been remarkable; with the midfielder contributing much more to Stokes attacking play than he did last season. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) Despite many believing Stokes approach under Pulis was not broken and didnt need to be fixed, in the last two seasons the Potters scored a putrid 28 goals from open play. Fourteen teams scored more than that just last season. It is clear Stoke need to become more comfortable with the ball while not compromising the defensive unit that has kept them in this league and, so far, Hughes seems to have found a balance. He certainly has found happy players receptive to his ways. Said Pennant: "Were getting the ball down and showing what we can do, which is a lot different to last season and the years before that. Weve got the players to do it, and this was probably one of our best away performances since Ive been here." Striker Kenwyne Jones added: ""Before we wouldnt have come here and played like that, actually dominating the home team and trying to win the game. Wed have played for percentages and hoped that something would come off. "It is a different approach to take the game to West Ham. Weve had the players to do that for quite a while, but you know its a different philosophy now and things are going well." NZonzi, whose transfer request earlier this summer was rejected by the club, also looks like a man transformed under Hughes. "Until you work with players on a daily basis you can underestimate their talent," Hughes said of his midfielder. "I was one who maybe didnt put Steven into the bracket of a top Premier League player. He still has faults that he has to work on, he understands that, but the way we play will bring the best out of him." Looks like the players are not the only ones discovering new things at Stoke. CHICAGO -- The title was right there, across the front of the soaked grey T-shirts that each of the Atlanta Braves wore. Guy Lafleur Team Canada Jersey . "WE OWN THE EAST," it read. The Braves wrapped up the NL East crown, and then rode two homers by Andrelton Simmons to a 5-2 victory over the Chicago Cubs that touched off a wild party in the cramped visitors clubhouse at Wrigley Field. The game was in the sixth inning when Washington lost 4-2 to Miami, giving the Braves their first division championship in eight years. There were a few high-fives in Atlantas dugout when the Marlins won, and a couple of Braves fans did the tomahawk chop in the stands. Manager Fredi Gonzalez high-fived a fan as he made his way to the dugout after a lineup change, and the celebration really picked up when Craig Kimbrel finished for his major league-best 49th save. The Braves poured out of the dugout and bullpen and jumped in a circle near the mound at the 99-year-old ballpark. "What a great feeling," Gonzalez said. "It really is a great feeling to realize weve played 150-some games to get to this point. We knew early on that the Nationals had lost but we still wanted to be able to celebrate and come out with a win. And we did." The Braves sprayed bubbly and doused each other with beer in the clubhouse. Cigars were passed around, and the smoke quickly filled the small room. A couple of players took a quick break to check on their fantasy football teams, and then re-joined the party. "This is only one celebration of four, hopefully," slugger Freddie Freeman said. Simmons hit a solo drive in the fourth and a two-run shot in the eighth, giving him 17 homers on the year. Simmons second career multihomer game was more than enough run support for Julio Teheran (13-8), who struck out seven over six innings of one-run ball. The Cubs had a chance to tie it when they put runners on second and third with two outs in the fifth, but Teheran managed to escape the jam despite a solid at-bat by Starlin Castro. Teheran needed 11 pitches to get Castro for a swinging strikeout, preserving Atlantas 3-1 lead. "We have a lot of close games and we just havent been able to come back or rally at home," Cubs manager Dale Sveum said. Freeman also hit a two-run homer for the Braves, who have won three of four. Freeman went got three hits and is batting .356 (26 for 73) with six homers and 17 RBIs in his last 20 games. Freeman went deep in the first against Edwin Jackson (8-17), who allowed three runs and eight hits in six-plus innings. The right-hander leads the majors with 17 losses in his first season with the Cubs. "I kind of feel like I got beat with two pitches," Jackson said, "moreso the slider 1-2 (to Simmons) than the fastball by Freeman." Atlanta is headed to the playoffs for the second straight year and third time in four seasons. But its the first division title for the Braves since 2005, when they won 90 games and then lost to Houston in the division series. The Braves were the NLs top wild card a year ago, trying to make one more playoff run for Chipper Jones in the third basemans final season. Those hopes were quickly dashed when they committed three errors in a 6-3 home loss to St. Louis in their only game of the 2012 post-season. "We know last year what happened," Simmons said. "We played pretty good but not good enough and we had to deal with a one-game playoff thing. Its definitely a different feeling. "Now we know weve got some time, weve got some games to work with. Weve got a little bit of time to rest our players." The only question now is home-field advantage throughout the NL playoffs, with Atlanta, Los Angeles and St. Louis in the mix for the leagues best record. Its quite the accomplishment for Gonzalez and the Braves, who were beset by injuries for much of the year. Veteran catcher Brian McCann missed the first month following off-season shoulder surgery. The outfield of Jason Heyward and brothers Justin and B.J. Upton all missed time. Second baseman Dan Uggla had eye surgery and pitcher Tim Hudson broke his right ankle in July, shelving the right-hander for the rest of the season. Atlanta kept going the way it often does -- with outstanding pitching. Teheran, Mike Minor and Kris Medlen helped anchor the rotation, while Kimbrel led the Braves shutdown bullpen, which overcame injuries to left-handers Jonny Venters and Eric OFlaherty to once again be among the majors best relief corps. Of course, the lineup had its share of key performances. Freeman blossomed into one of the majors best first basemen, unheralded rookie Evan Gattis stepped up and Chris Johnson proved to be a more than adequate replacement for Jones at third. The free-swinging Braves lead the NL with 177 homers and are among the league leaders in strikeouts as well. Long after it was over, Gonzalez took his cigar out to the field and took some pictures of the scoreboard. The sprinklers came on as he walked back to the dugout, but he didnt seem to mind one bit. It was quite a fun day. "You want to clinch at home in front of your fans, but if you cant I think clinching in one of these stadiums -- Wrigley or Fenway -- one of those old traditional-type ballparks would be second-best," Gonzalez said. NOTES: The Braves went 5-1 against the Cubs this season ... PHILADELPHIA -- The music is blasting and the Philadelphia Phillies are having fun again. Wholesale Jerseys Free shipping . Theres plenty to celebrate these days. Chase Utley walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth inning, lifting Philadelphia to a 4-3 comeback victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night. It was the fifth win in six games for the Phillies, who have won four of those contests in their last at-bat, including the last three. "Anytime you have walk-off (wins), it creates excitement and right now its carrying over to the next day," Phillies interim manager Ryne Sandberg said. The music blared in the Philadelphia clubhouse following the game - something that hasnt been the case for most of this disappointing season. "Were playing together and having fun in here, being able to go out on the field believing in each other," Philadelphia left-hander Cole Hamels said. "Were taking that direction and have to keep pushing in that direction as long as we possibly can." Cody Asche led off the ninth with a single and went to third on Jimmy Rollins single. Heath Bell (4-2) intentionally walked Michael Young to load the bases for Kevin Frandsen. After striking out Frandsen, Bell was lifted for left-hander Eury De La Rosa. De La Rosa ran the count to 3-2 and Utley walked when the final pitch appeared to be a bit inside. "We were trying to work both sides of the plate," Diamondbacks catcher Tuffy Gosewisch said. "The last pitch started out, then came in and barely missed." Darin Ruf homered for the second straight game for Philadelphia, which improved to 5-3 under Sandberg. Ruf has eight homers and 12 RBIs in 21 games this month. Matt Davidson had two hits and an RBI for the Diamondbacks, who have dropped four of five, damaging their fleeting playoff hopes. They stayed seven games back of the Reds for the second NL wild-card spot. "They just got it done in the ninth," Arizona manager Kirk Gibson said. Jonathan Papelbon (4-1) pitched a scoreless ninth for the win. The Phillies jumped to a 1-0 lead on Rufs two-out homer in the second. The Diamondbacks answered with three runs in the fourth off hard-luck Hamels. Paul Goldschmidt was credited with a double after left fielder Domonic Brown lost his routine fly ball in the lights as twilight fell. Martin Prado drove in Goldschmidt and Adam Eaton with a two-run double, and Davidsons RBI single put Arizona ahead 3-1. "We got a big break on the ball lost in the lights, but we couldnt tack on," Gibson said. That was it for the Diamondbacks against Hamels, who allowed six hits and walked one in seven innings. The left-hander has a 1.89 ERA in his last five starts but just one win and four no-decisions over that stretch. Hamels, who entered with the fifth-lowest run support average among starters in the majors (3.30), remained 5-13 on the season. "Ultimately, you dont want it to come down to the last at-bat, but winning is winning," Hamels said. "Im glad were able to battle and stay with it. Its a good feeling to have something going the right way." The Phillies tied it when Carlos Ruiz hit a two-run double off Wade Miley in the sixth. That was the last inning for Miley, who yielded five hits and two walks. The Phillies threatened in the eighth against Bell, putting runners on first and second with two outs. But Bell struck out John Mayberry Jr. swinging to end the inning. The Diamondbacks got a runner to second with two outs in the ninth off Papelbon, but Cliff Pennington flew out to centre to end the threat. The 27-year-old Scrivens will be joining his third NHL club since signing with the Toronto Maple Leafs as a free agent in 2010. The move also reunites with him with head coach Dallas Eakins from their time together with the American Hockey Leagues Toronto Marlies.IRVING, Texas -- For years, Tony Romos defenders have answered his penchant for costly late-game mistakes with a rhetorical question: What would the Dallas Cowboys do without him? It appears they will find out in their fourth playoffs-or-bust season finale against an NFC East rival since 2008 -- and their first elimination game without Romo in 10 years. Dallas hasnt ruled out the star quarterback for Sunday nights game against Philadelphia, but all signs point to Romos back injury pushing Kyle Orton into the starting role after two years of limited play as the backup. Surely Ortons name isnt the first that comes to mind for fans wanting a change after years of damaging interceptions, fumbles or, most infamously, the field goal flub when Romo dropped the snap on a kick that could have won his first playoff game in 2006. Danny White, the last longtime Dallas starter who failed to meet Super Bowl expectations, challenges anyone to come up with a current quarterback who could do better in Romos situation. And hes not kidding. "Name whoever you want," said White, who lost three straight NFC championship games in the 1980s and lost his job to Gary Hogeboom. "I dont care if its Tom Brady, if its Peyton Manning, if its Aaron Rodgers. I can make an argument for Tony getting better results than anybody else could get." Romo has the same support from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on down, which is why the question of whether hes going to play against the Eagles is the hottest topic of the week in the NFL now that the Packers have said Rodgers will return from an seven-game absence for a similar winner-take-all battle for the NFC North title against Chicago. Maybe the Cowboys are trying to keep the Eagles guessing when it comes to Romo, who injured his back during a 24-23 win over Washington that included a fourth-down touchdown pass to DeMarco Murray in the final 2 minutes. Or maybe the Cowboys just cant bring themselves to believe the franchise leader in touchdown passes -- ahead of Troy Aikman, White and Roger Staubach -- is going to miss the game that decides whether they get a playoff game at their $1.2 billion stadium or go home early for the fourth straight season. One things for sure. The confidence of his teammates wasnt shaken after Romos latest crushing error -- an interception that let the Packers finish a rally from a 23-point ddeficit in a 37-36 win two weeks ago. Wholesale Jerseys Cheap. Never mind that Romo is 1-6 in elimination games -- three losses in the playoffs and three in season finales against NFC East rivals with the division title and a playoff spot on the line, including the past two years against the New York Giants and Washington. Romo, whose only playoff win was against Philadelphia in the 2009 season, ruined the last chance for a rally against the Redskins last season with an interception late in the fourth quarter. "Everything we are and we have accomplished over the last few years, that you believe in and you hold on to, is because of him," said tight end Jason Witten, the franchise leader in catches who came into the league with Romo in 2003. "What he creates week in and week out, day in and day out, I dont think you look at a couple of plays and determine. I think that would be foolish for anybody to do that." Jones unwavering support for Romo -- backed by the off-season signing of a six-year, $108 million contract extension with more guaranteed money than Super Bowl winner Joe Flacco -- could get a little tricky if Orton leads an improbable win against the Eagles. Philadelphia jumped from a 2 1/2-point favourite to a 6 1/2-point pick after news of the Romo injury broke. The Cowboys obviously arent worried about those implications at the moment. Theyre simply trying to tell the world they can beat the high-scoring Eagles without the guy who carries the label of the quarterback who cant win the big one, or keeps finding ways to lose it. "Tony is our guy but weve got to move ahead and go from there," receiver Dez Bryant said. "For us, we believe in our quarterbacks. I dont think its going to be much of a big issue for us." Romo didnt practice Wednesday or Thursday, and coach Jason Garrett said he wasnt involved in many meetings either. He missed his regular weekly media session Thursday and hasnt been seen during the open portion of practice or in the locker room. And yet, the Cowboys just cant seem to let go. "I think weve gotten used to him kind of limping around and finding a way and somehow, some way, Wednesday rolls around and hes back out there," Witten said. "I think we all believed that would be the case." It wasnt, so maybe now the world will find out what the Cowboys can do without him. (Sports Network) - Two of footballs most storied franchises will meet in primetime for the first time tonight as the winless Pittsburgh Steelers host the unbeaten Chicago Bears. http://www.teambrazilsoccer.com/Rodrigo-Caio-Copa-America-Jersey/ . Watch the action live on TSN and TSN Mobile TV, starting with Football Night in America at 7:30pm et/4:30pm pt. Age and injuries seem to have caught up to the 2013 Steelers and Mike Tomlins current bunch is not in its accustomed spot as one of the heavyweights in the AFC. Since Chuck Nolls first winning season in 1972 the Steelers have had only seven losing seasons over a 40-year span with the low-water mark being 5-11 in 1988. Over that same time frame Pittsburgh has won 20 division championships, eight AFC crowns and is footballs only six-time Super Bowl champions. This is not an organization used to failure or looking up at the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC North standings. In fact, the Steelers have treated the Queen City like a second home over the years, winning 11 of their last 12 at Paul Brown Stadium before last Monday nights 20-10 setback to Marvin Lewis crew. Perhaps no team has had a more difficult start to the 2013 season than the Steelers, though, and now the team will try to avoid its first 0-3 start since 2000. Used to kicking off a new campaign in style, especially at home in Heinz Field, Pittsburgh lost far more than a game in Week 1 when Pro Bowl center Maurkice Pouncey, defensive leader Larry Foote and running back LaRod Stephens- Howling all went down with season-ending injuries during an ugly 16-9 setback against Tennessee. "Weve got a lot of work to do," Tomlin said at the time. "Nobody cares about our problems. Theyre glad weve got them. We need to understand that. We need to stick together and persevere." Things didnt figure to get much easier in Cincinnati as an old friend, James Harrison, and a strong Bengals front seven laid in wait after a bitter Week 1 hiccup at Chicago. Despite possessing footballs most impressive resume, and its longstanding dominance over the Bengals, you never got the feeling Pittsburgh even had a chance this time around, no doubt a bitter pill to swallow for some haughty western Pennsylvania fans used to nothing but good times. For once Cincinnati had the more talented team and perhaps more importantly, the healthier one. Rookie running back Giovani Bernard gave the Bengals offense a little juice out of the backfield and scored two touchdowns as Cincinnati shut down Pittsburgh. Bernard ran for an early score and caught a 27-yard touchdown pass from Andy Dalton in the third quarter which gave the Bengals a lead they never relinquished. The real difference, though, was the Bengals defense, which forced two turnovers and limited Pittsburgh to a mere 278 yards and 14 first downs in the clubs second home victory over its division rival in the past 12 years. Ben Roethlisberger, hurried throughout the game, threw for 251 yards with a touchdown and an interception on 20-of-37 passes for the Steelers, who dropped their first two games of the season for the first time since 2002. Its also the first time Pittsburgh has been two games under .500 since Tomlin took over in 2007. "They were the better team tonight," Tomlin said. "Well continue to work and move forward." Chicago, meanwhile, has been living on the edge, winning for the second straight week in comeback fashion when Martellus Bennetts touchdown catch with 10 seconds to play gave the Bears a 31-30 win over the Minnesota Vikings on a rainy day at Soldier Field. Jay Cutler was picked off twice and lost a fumble, but finished the game 28- for-39 with 290 yards and three touchdowns for the Bears, who opened the season with a three-point win over Cincinnati. Bennett finished with seven catches for 76 yards, Brandon Marshall had seven catches for 113 yards and a score, while Matt Forte had 90 yards on 19 carries and 71 yards on 11 catches for Chicago, which has won seven of the last eight games against Minnesota. "I saw a lot of resiliency today out of this team," said Chicago head coach Marc Trestman. "We had a heck of an opponent today and they gave it their all. This was one of the tougher games Ive ever had to coach." Chicago leads its all-time series with the Steelers, which dates back to 1934, with a 20-7-1 mark. The rivalry has been much more evenly contested in the modern-day NFL, though, with the teams splitting 10 meetings since 1971. This is only the Bears second trip to Heinz Field and just the fourth meeting between these two teams since 1998. The only other time the Bears played in Heinz Field was in 2005 when Pittsburgh won 21-9. WHAT TO WATCH FOR When Tomlin said he and his team will continue moving forward, they are doing so with a veteran QB who doesnt like offensive coordinator Todd Haley, an offensive line in shambles, and a running game thats non-existent -- an almost sacrilegious development for a franchise which has always prided itself on its ability to run the football. Tomlin has never suffered through a losing season as a head coach, earning four playoff appearances, two Super Bowl berths and the Super Bowl XLIII championship in his previous six years at the helm in the Steel City. In good times or bad -- like last seasons .500 finish -- Tomlin has always preached accountability. "Theres a certain amount of misery with the position that were in," Tomlin said after watching his team fall to 0-2. "Well wear it. We dont like it. Well wear it." The badge they are currently wearing says the offense has scored a total of 19 points and rushed for 75 yards, and the defense, although solid, has yet to record a takeaway. Only sad sacks Cleveland (16) and Jacksonville (11) have scored fewer points in the NFL season, and the running back by committee approach featuring Felix Jones, the now-injured Stephens-Howling, Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer has rushed for a paltry total of 70 yards on 27 attempts. "We need some guys to step up, older guys to step up and younger guys to get it going and avoid the road were going down," Roethlisberger said. The Steelers could get a boost by the possible return of Roethlisbergers favorite target, tight end Heath Miller, who is just about ready after tearing his ACL late in the 2012 season. Rookie running LeVeon Bell remains out with a foot injury, however. "Theres been a problem with our functioning," Tomlin said. "Theres been a problem with our production. Theres been a problem with our points. You can point to whatever you want to point to in regards to that, and obviously if the plays arent working well then were susceptible to that judgment. Im not going to lose a whole bunch of sleep over that." Bears rookie coach Trestman may have had a few sleepless nights wondering when the luck is going to run out on his team. With a win in the Steel City Chicago will be 3-0 for the first time since 2010, when it reached the NFC Championship Game. They could just as easily be 0-2, however. "Weve seen a unique team resiliency, an ability to keep our poise, an ability to just move onto the next play without what happened on the last play inhibiting us," Trestman said. That and an opportunistic defense which has forced six turnovers in two weeks after leading the . the NFL with 145 points scored off 44 last season has Trestman sleeping soundly for now. OVERALL ANALYSIS The Bears have been living on the edge, but they also must be living right, something which should continue this week. Cutler is 2-0 against the Steelers in his career and will be aiming for his third straight game with a passer rating over 100.0 against them, a mark that serves as a bit of a death knell for his opposition. Cutlers teams are 26-1 when he has 100-plus passer rating. Sports Network Predicted Outcome: Bears 20, Steelers 17 http://www.teambrazilsoccer.com/Neymar-Copa-America-Jersey/ . Manuel was offered a position the day he was fired. He accepted earlier this week and the team made the announcement Friday. http://www.teambrazilsoccer.com/Coutinho-Copa-America-Jersey/ . PAUL, Minn. NEW YORK -- Now the waiting begins for Alex Rodriguez and Major League Baseball. A-Rods grievance hearing to overturn his 211-game suspension ended Thursday when both sides rested their cases, a day after the New York Yankees third baseman angrily walked out and decided not to testify in his own defence. The sides set a schedule to file briefs by Dec. 11 and reply briefs by Dec. 21, which will close the record and submit the matter to arbitrator Fredric Horowitz. His decision on whether to uphold or alter the discipline for the three-time AL MVP likely will be made in January, a person familiar with the proceedings told The Associated Press. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because no statements were authorized. Rodriguezs lawyers already are vowing to challenge the ruling in federal court, where judges usually are reticent to overturn an arbitration decision unless there is a finding the arbitrator was biased, exceeded his authority or failed to comply with the rules agreed to by the parties. The exact timing of a decision is uncertain. Baseballs Joint Drug Agreement states the arbitrator shall make "all reasonable efforts" to close the record in time to permit a decision within 25 days of the start of the hearing. But in this case, the hearing began Sept. 30, making that timetable impossible to meet. After the arbitrator renders his decision, the written opinion is to be issued within 30 days. It is unclear if Horowitz will issue his written opinion simultaneously with his decision. The timing of the case could complicate planning for the Yankees, who dont know if they will have to pay Rodriguez his $25 million salary and are unsure whether they will need a different starting third baseman. Rodriguez was suspended by MLB on Aug. 5 for alleged violations of baseballs drug policy and labour agreement stemming from the leagues investigation of the Biogenesis of America anti-aging clinic in Florida. The players association filed a grievance, and because Roddriguez was a first-time offender of the drug agreement, the discipline automatically was stayed pending a resolution of the grievance. http://www.teambrazilsoccer.com/Alex-Sandro-Copa-America-Jersey/. . Horowitz heard the case in a trio of four-day sessions, with management presenting its case from Sept. 30-Oct. 3 and Oct. 15-18. Rodriguezs side then took its turn during the first four days of this week. While Horowitz had set aside six additional days for testimony through Wednesday, that time was not needed. Rodriguez left in the middle of the 11th session Wednesday, furious the arbitrator refused to order baseball Commissioner Bud Selig to testify. Rodriguez and his lawyers then went on radio and television, accusing Selig of bias and the entire arbitration process of being flawed. His lawyers returned without him Thursday to complete their case, and MLB started and finished its rebuttal. At the end of the hearing, the sides learned union head Michael Weiner had died from the brain tumour he was diagnosed with 15 months ago. Outside MLBs offices, representatives of the New York Hispanic Clergy Organization, including state Sen. Ruben Diaz, held a prayer vigil to express opposition to Rodriguezs discipline. Rodriguez lawyer James McCarroll issued a statement Thursday pointing out that this case is the first grievance under the drug agreement involving discipline that didnt stem from a positive test and involved "the commissioners discretion and decision-making." While he said the commissioner in the past "was harshly criticized in the arbitrators decision for not voluntarily appearing at a grievance," that statement appears to refer to arbitrator George Nicolaus 1987 decision cutting Peter Ueberroths drug suspension of pitcher LaMarr Hoyt from one season to 60 days. While Horowitz has issued an order for the proceeding to be confidential, Rodriguezs lawyers are considering making some of the evidence public. Rodriguez spokesman Ron Berkowitz said Friday nothing would be released until next week. The home side went ahead in the eighth minute, when Nuremberg defender Berkay Dabanli deflected Sergio Garcias cross past his own goalkeeper. Then Aaron Hunt crossed for Eljero Elia to sidefoot the ball inside the right post in the 34th, as Bremen appeared comfortably in control. But Kiyotake pulled one back with a thunderous half-volley before the break, and Josip Drmic equalized in the 53rd after a fine cross from Tomas Pekhart. Elia restored Bremens lead with his second in the 66th, another fine effort inside the far post after Nuremberg failed to clear, only for Kiyotake to play Adam Hlousek through to equalize again in the 70th. "The first half wasnt good -- we gave away two goals -- but we turned it around in the second half and took control," said Nuremberg coach Michael Wiesinger, whose side is yet to win this season. "We would have won the game but for (Elias) lucky strike." Bremen coach Robin Dutt preferred to look on the positive side. "I think the spectators saw a brilliant football game," said Dutt, whose side remains mid-table. Eintracht Braunschweig is still waiting for its first win since returning to the Bundesliga after 28 years following a 4-0 home defeat to Stuttgart. "Four-nil is very one-sided but you have to say the Braunschweigers made our lives difficult for a long time," Stuttgart sportting director Fredi Bobic said. Phil Jones Jersey UK. . The promoted side made the better start but paid the price for poor finishing and naive defending. Vedad Ibisevic scored against the run of play with a header from Alexandru Maxims free-kick in the 40th minute, the Bosnians sixth goal of the season, though TV replays showed he pushed a defender to reach the ball. "Yeah, thats right," Ibisevic said. "Im a striker that always tries to get to the ball. The referee didnt see it. The decision went our way." Braunschweig coach Torsten Lieberknecht said Ibisevic was merely doing his job, "so you wont hear any complaints from me." Maxim made it 2-0 five minutes after the break, when he reacted first to the rebound after Marjan Petkovic spilled Ibrahima Traores effort from range. It was Maxims eighth goal or assist in just five Bundesliga appearances. Braunschweig threatened briefly before Traore killed off any hopes of a comeback when he played a one-two with Christian Gentner and scored in the 76th. Stuttgart substitute Martin Harnik rubbed salt in Braunschweig wounds with another goal four minutes from time, with Traore again involved. Braunschweig remains bottom of the table with just one point from seven games -- the worst start any side has made to the Bundesliga. "Theres still pride there that were involved. Its a big challenge," Lieberknecht said. "We always have phases in which were good. But we suffer setbacks in our positive phases. We have to address that."
